General terms and conditions
- The following terms apply to all orders placed through our online store.
- Contracting Party, conclusion of contract
The purchase agreement is made with THE GUIDE ARTISTS. The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalogue. For technical reasons, product images may have different colours than the original ones. Upon placing the order you will receive an order confirmation email immediately after the order has been placed. However, this confirmation email does not mean acceptance of your order; this will be notified to you via another email with the delivery confirmation with your tracking code. If you have chosen to pay your order in advance, you will be informed of the acceptance of your order via the order confirmation email.
3. Conditions and shipping costs
In addition to the prices of the products indicated, shipping fees may apply, which may be reviewed at the time of purchase. In the case of international shipments, the customer is responsible for additional taxes if any.
3.1 We only deliver orders with buyer’s signature.
Our online shop has the following payment method:
You can pay the total amount of the order through the online provider PayPal. (The Paypal account also accepts credit or debit cards.)
You can buy in advance items whose shipping date is scheduled for the coming months.
- When placing an advance order, you will be among the first to book the item.
- Estimated delivery times, which appear on the product details page, can be several months. Delivery could be made before or after the estimated date with delays of up to one month.
- Payment by PayPal will be charged the same day you place the pre-order.
- Prepaid items will be shipped as soon as available.
4.3. Sale items
Items are always on sale unless it is a Collector’s or Limited edition. If there is no stock, they will be printed on demand. The printing period from ordering is 10 to 15 working days.
5. All Property Rights Reserved
The items remain our property until payment is made in full.
6. Shipping damage
In the event that during shipment the items have suffered obvious damage, file a complaint with the delivery service as soon as possible and contact us immediately. When the package arrives in bad condition you will have to take a picture that the packaging was damaged and consequently the poor state of its contents. After these checks we will arrange for reimbursement of the same.
Not making a complaint to the carrier or not contacting us does not affect your legal rights and compliance, in particular as regards your warranty rights. However, this helps us to submit our own claims to the carrier.
6.1. Printing errors
If there is any printing or binding failure you must contact us immediately, submit the photographs of the errors and send another copy of the product if there is stock or as soon as it is available.
Any problem mentioned above will be refunded immediately the amount for the value of the content. We will refund you (excluding original shipping costs)

Our responsibility is limited to the value of the product. We assume no liability for slightly negligent breaches of negligible contractual obligations. The above limitations of liability do not apply to bodily injury, illness or attributable death.
10. Online dispute resolution
Online dispute resolution in accordance with Art. 14, paragraph 1 ODR-VO: The European Commission provides an Internet platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you will find at this link. We hereby declare that we are neither willing nor required to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
The products offered in our online store are intended only for customers over 18 years.
