Born in Hertfordshire, England in 1967, Fletcher Sibthorp has enjoyed a successful painting career since graduating with Honours from Kingston University in 1989. Predominantly recognized for his dance paintings, Sibthorp's work has evolved over the years to embrace classical techniques and ideals, drawing inspiration from esteemed institutions like The National Gallery and Tate Britain, as well as the resurgence of representational art in America.

His artistic journey has been focused on refining his skills to create meticulously crafted pieces, each intended to be a gem-like creation, bearing the mark of his singular vision and executed solely by his hand. Rejecting the idea of mass production, Sibthorp aims for his audience to appreciate the effort and individuality imbued in each artwork.
